Process: International Voice

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Relevant Customer Support / Technical Support experience

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customers over voice calls.
• Understand and resolve technical issues.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, internet, devices, and connectivity.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality/productivity targets.
• Identify retention and upselling opportunities where applicable.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / Semi-Technical Support.
• International Voice experience preferred.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
