Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and support daily operations.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers over calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain customer records, data, and reports.
• Assist the Reporting Manager with daily operational activities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements

• 03 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Support.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in POS terminal support or payment systems will be an added advantage.
