Technical Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Support & Implementation Executive who will be responsible for software demonstrations, client support, software testing, installation, training, and assisting in software sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct software/product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and explain software features and functionality clearly.
• Handle client queries and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical/development team to resolve software-related issues.
• Perform software testing and identify bugs, errors, or usability issues.
• Install and configure software on client systems.
• Provide software training to clients and their staff.
• Assist clients during software implementation and deployment.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
• Identify client requirements and generate opportunities for software sales.
• Explain software benefits, features, pricing, and solutions to potential customers.
• Support the sales team in converting software demos into successful sales.
• Maintain proper records of client issues, demos, installations, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
