Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. - Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on issue resolution.

• Database Management: Utilize basic database knowledge to assist in resolving client issues and manage support tickets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. - Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as development and quality assurance, to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Assist in training clients on the use of our products and services. Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service focus, dedicated to delivering high-quality support. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in a technical support or similar role. Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
