Technical Support Executive

Hello!

We're hiring Technical Support Executive for transport technology company that provides live bus tracking service and contactless payment solutions to transform everyday bus travel into a safer and more reliable experience.

Role Summary:

Frontline technical support and deployment team responsible for hardware installations, diagnostics, and on-ground technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware installation and configuration on buses
• First-level tech support and issue troubleshooting
• Coordination with central tech and ops teams
• Field validation, basic reporting, and system checks

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, IT, Electronics or Industrial Engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Owns motorcycle and driver's license (required)
• At least 1 year of fieldwork experience (required)
• Strong technical fundamentals
• Willing to do field work and on-site deployments
• Fast learner, disciplined, and process-oriented
• Good attitude and long-term growth potential
• Willing to do fieldwork within Antipolo / Pasig
• TESDA Certifications in IT, Electronics, and Industrial Engineering are highly preferred

Work Location: Fieldwork

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
