Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls related to technical support and troubleshooting.
• Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Explain technical information clearly and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain call quality, productivity, and other performance standards.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability: Comfortable working in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
