Technical Support Executive

We are hiring experienced candidates for the Technical Voice Process at Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers over voice calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate technical problems.
• Identify, diagnose, and document customer issues accurately.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance to customers.
• Create and update service tickets as required.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Maintain required quality and process standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Voice / Technical Support / IT Helpdesk.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Windows troubleshooting.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From Office.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
