Job Description

We are hiring Technical Support Executives (Customer Service) to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. No prior experience in technical support or customer service is required, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and technical support requests via phone calls and email.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (pass).
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Basic computer knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Able to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Working Hours

• 5 working days per week.
• 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays, depending on schedule).
• Shift schedule will be arranged by management.
