The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, and experience in handling international customer queries over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, email, and application-related issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the defined SLA.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
