Technical Support Executive – International Voice Process

About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Support Executive to be the first voice our customers hear when something isn't working. You'll troubleshoot their technical issues, fix them quickly, and leave every customer feeling looked after. If you've worked in international voice support and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers resolve technical issues professionally and courteously
• Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network problems
• Support customers over email and chat when needed
• Log every interaction and resolution accurately in our CRM
• Escalate complex cases to the right internal team
• Hit targets for response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Follow company processes and quality standards consistently

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, including hands-on voice support
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm head under pressure
• Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or software
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational hours
• Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets (CRM experience preferred)

Nice to Have

• International voice and non-voice (email/chat) experience
• A track record of calming down difficult customers
• A proactive, team-first attitude

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
