As our Technical Support, you'll become a trusted technical partner for our Sales team and customers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Working within Danfoss Climate Solutions – HydronicS, you'll support projects involving heating and hydronic HVAC systems , from heat exchangers and balancing valves to advanced controls, actuators, floor heating solutions and district heating stations.

This is a role where engineering knowledge meets real-world applications. You'll help designers select the right solutions, support installers with commissioning and troubleshooting, and provide technical expertise that makes a difference throughout the project lifecycle.

Your impact? You'll help customers design and operate more efficient, reliable and sustainable heating systems, while directly contributing to the success of Danfoss projects and strengthening our technical presence in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical expertise and application support for heating and HVAC projects, helping designers, consultants and customers select the right Danfoss solutions, optimize system performance and improve energy efficiency.
• Prepare technical offers, product selections and tender documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, product comparisons, calculations and supporting documentation for our HydronicS portfolio.
• Support system design, configuration and commissioning, including hydronic balancing, heating and cooling applications, district heating stations, control strategies, digital actuators and floor heating controllers.
• Work directly with customers, installers and service partners, providing hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, warranty and complaint support, and coordinating technical investigations with our factories and laboratories when needed.
• Share your technical knowledge through presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions for designers, wholesalers and service partners, while collaborating closely with Sales colleagues to support ongoing projects and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering or a related field, combined with practical experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, HVAC design or technical customer support.
• Strong knowledge of heating and hydronic HVAC systems, including hot water heating, chilled water applications, system sizing, hydronic balancing and energy-efficient system operation.
• Familiarity with HVAC components and applications, such as balancing and control valves, heat exchangers, actuators, heating controllers or district heating systems; experience with technical documentation, tenders and DWG drawings would be an advantage.
• A customer-focused, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, with strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and the confidence to work independently across multiple projects.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English, combined with good organizational skills, a collaborative approach and willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia to support customers and partners.
