Technical Support Intern

We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our operations team.

You will work closely with our technical operations team and assist with day-to-day technical tasks, account setup, documentation, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day technical operations.
• Help with account and system setup.
• Follow internal SOPs and checklists.
• Maintain records and update spreadsheets.
• Perform routine technical checks.
• Identify and report issues to the team.
• Assist with other operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets and online tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Quick learner and willing to learn new tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
