What they need
Job Responsibility:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers.
- Analyse application issues and reproduce reported problems.
- Troubleshoot software, user-access and configuration issues.
- Create and maintain support tickets.
- Coordinate with Development and Product teams for technical issues.
- Maintain issue-resolution documentation and knowledge base.
- Follow defined SLA and escalation processes
Preferred Background
- BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc. Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, networking and web applications.
- Good troubleshooting and logical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
