As a Technical Support Executive, you will provide technical voice support in English, assisting customers with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via technical voice support

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Tech Support
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
