TECHNICAL SUPPORT (JOHOR)

Can remote to As Technical / Operation Support , you will be responsible for the day-to-day project execution from various clients. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation & maintenance

· To ensure all related operations activities are performed in compliance with company standards, processes, regulations and procedures

· Manage and resolve customer complaints

· Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors

· Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

· Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.

· Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least SPM with 1 year working experience or Diploma or Degree.

· FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Willing to learn and work on shift, weekends & public holidays.

· Customer-oriented person

· Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)

· Can remote to Johor Bharu

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
