Technical Support Lead

Role & responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for managing delivery of several IT Infrastructure Managed Services engagements and projects meeting customer requirements and Service Level Agreements.  Job Responsibilities  Ensure all customer engagements are running to the satisfaction of client and all internal stake holders. Meet the margin targets on each of the engagements. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with customer, identify areas for improvement, establish and followup on a roadmap for implementing the same Proactively identify areas of optimization, automation and value generation in each of the client engagements Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell or improvement of services delivered Keep all the engagements well staffed, manage hiring and attrition
