Technical Support manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead mobile phone repair and after-sales technical operations across Latin America. This position is responsible for improving repair quality, supporting service centers, training technicians, and ensuring high technical standards throughout the region. Frequent international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical support for smartphone repair operations across LATAM.
• Train and develop repair technicians and service partners.
• Diagnose complex hardware and software issues.
• Improve repair processes, quality standards, and technical documentation.
• Monitor repair KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct technical audits and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in smartphone or consumer electronics repair.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or service centers.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Board-level repair and microsoldering experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
