Technical Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Service management on broadband product, VOIP service, Wireless Sim router service, Microsoft  Office
• Handle incoming calls from customer on technical enquiries
• Provide on-the-phone / email technical support
• Diagnose failures and trouble-shoot faults
• Co-ordinates with internal parties for fault clearance
• Manage vendors on service quality enhancement
• To escalate to superior if there is any special incident or difficulty encountered with the team and/or counterparts

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma or Certificate in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in ISP / Telecommunication industry is preferred
• Familiar with various Internet applications like IE, Netscape, Outlook Express, Safari
• Knowledge in PC & Macintosh applications; such as Windows, Microsoft Office, MacOS Applications, etc
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, good communication skills with positive attitude
• Shift Duty is required
• For Fresh Graduates, comprehensive training will be provided.
