Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to learn technical systems and troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and service concerns
• Troubleshoot device, software, connectivity, and account issues
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting instructions
• Document issues and customer interactions accurately
• Resolve concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary
• Follow technical support procedures and service standards
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction goals

• Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Schedule: Shifting, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required
