Technical Support Representative - Blended Account

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) to provide excellent customer and technical support through multiple communication channels. The role is blended, handling voice, chat, and email interactions.

QUALIFICATION

• At least 1 year of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience with voice support.
• High School / Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• College graduate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple communication channels.
• Must be willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer concerns and technical support inquiries through voice, chat, email, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical issues.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Meet performance, quality, and productivity targets.
