- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 0.5-1 year of experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows) and basic computer concepts.
