Technical Support Representative

Shifting Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing inquiries and provide accurate resolutions
- Assist with basic email and website troubleshooting issues
- Provide technical support for web hosting customers via chat and phone
- Guide users in website setup, hosting configuration, and domain management
- Diagnose and resolve website and hosting-related concerns efficiently
- Upsell and recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates (must have completed at least 2nd year in college)
- High School or Senior High School graduates with at least 6 months of relevant customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
