Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, or other support channels.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to eCommerce platforms, websites, online accounts, orders, payments, and other digital services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex technical concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Job Qualifications
- Open for Highschool graduate
- At least 6 months experience with ecommerce campaigns
- At least 1 year inbound customer service experience
