Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
• College undergraduates are welcome
• No BPO or technical support experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to learn technical systems and troubleshooting processes
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
• Willing to work shifting schedules

Your Role as a Technical Support Representative

You'll help customers with:

• Technical and service-related concerns
• Device, software, connectivity, and account troubleshooting
• Step-by-step troubleshooting assistance
• Identifying and documenting technical issues
• Basic account and service requests
• Providing accurate solutions and guidance
• Following troubleshooting procedures
• Escalating complex technical concerns when needed
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
