Job Description
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, payments, refunds, returns, exchanges, and delivery concerns
Job Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, E-Commerce, Retail, BPO, or a related field.
Experience handling e-commerce, online shopping, order management, or retail-related concerns is highly preferred.
Has experience with technical troubleshooting.
