Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically inclined Technical Support Representative (CSR) to assist customers with technical concerns related to products, devices, software, and services. The ideal candidate has strong communication and troubleshooting skills and can explain technical solutions clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to technical products and services.
• Troubleshoot internet, mobile, software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and technical solutions.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions using company systems.
• Escalate advanced technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused technical assistance.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common technology products
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn technical processes
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
