Technical Support Representative (Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

• Skills in repairing computer hardware and software.023
• Able to operate different systems like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS).
• Contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.
• Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confident talking to a diverse group of people.
• Capable to work independently and multitasking.
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin, fluent.

*We provide training, so you don't need to be an expert on all of the systems, but it is a huge plus if you have previous technical support experience/familiarity with the listed systems.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Work Schedule:

• Saturday to Wednesday 12pm-9pm

Salary: $16-20/h
