As a Customer Service Associate for our American Wireless Network Operator Program, you'll assist customers with mobile and network concerns, provide technical troubleshooting support, and deliver clear, effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with mobility and network-related concerns

• Basic understanding of routers, connectivity, and router setup/configuration

• Working knowledge of different mobile devices, operating systems, and platforms

• Strong probing, analytical, communication, and customer-handling skills

• Ability to explain technical resolutions and next steps to customers in a clear and simple manner
