Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical concerns via voice and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting
• Document technical concerns and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Meet quality and resolution time targets

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• No call center experience required — IT/technical background is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and logical thinking
• Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule
