Technical Support Representative | Full-Time | Paid Training | Metro Manila

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Update customer records and case details.
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• No BPO experience required; fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants are welcome to apply
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
