Technical Support Representative | Onsite- 22k+allowance

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary: Php 22,000 basic + Php 6,000 MTA allowance

Responsibilities:
Handle technical support inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS terminals, and payment processing issues.
Diagnose technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions using established procedures and knowledge bases.
Record customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in CRM or ticketing systems.
Maintain service quality, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Build knowledge of POS products, customer service procedures, and payment industry guidelines.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of technical support experience in a contact center or BPO environment.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Basic knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedures.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting POS terminals, payment processing systems, or similar technologies.
Basic networking knowledge, including IP configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
Familiarity with remote access tools and diagnostic platforms.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
