ROLE SUMMARY

Provide support to customers regarding telecommunications services such as account inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, and service requests while ensuring excellent customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries related to telco accounts and services
• Assist with billing concerns, troubleshooting, and account management
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Ensure high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Document customer interactions and updates accurately

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
• College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
• Applicants with or without call center experience are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Must be currently residing within Metro Manila
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
