Job Summary

We are currently hiring Technical Support Representatives.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with technical issues involving products, devices, software, or services. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide step-by-step solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats for technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Inform customers about product features and limitations.
• Share knowledge to enhance team performance and customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
