Technical Support Sales

What You’ll Do

1. Support Sales on Technical Projects

• Understand customer requirements, specifications, drawings, and technical needs.
• Assist Sales in discussing and clarifying technical requirements with customers.
• Provide technical input during customer discussions and project development.
• Help Sales translate customer needs into clear internal requirements.

2. Manage Projects End-to-End

• Coordinate projects from initial customer request through development, trial, evaluation, and completion.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other internal teams.
• Follow up on project progress and make sure actions are completed on time.
• Identify delays, technical issues, or potential risks and escalate them when needed.

3. Bridge Customer & Internal Teams

• Act as the communication bridge between Sales/customer and internal technical teams.
• Ensure customer requirements are properly understood before development starts.
• Consolidate internal feedback and communicate relevant updates back to Sales/customer.
• Coordinate customer feedback and translate it into actionable internal requirements.

4. Support Product Development / NPD

• Participate in product development, sample preparation, trials, testing, and evaluation.
• Support technical documentation and project records.
• Follow up on trial results and required improvements.
• Help ensure the final product meets customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, engineering, product development, or related industry.
• Technical background with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, processes, or technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills — able to communicate effectively with both customers and technical/internal teams.
• Good project coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to organize multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to understand how things work.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable chasing people for updates.
• Able to work cross-functionally and take ownership of projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
