Technical Support Senior Executive / AM (Mechanical Application)

Job Requirements:

• Review customer machine and assembly drawings, operating conditions and technical requirements.
• Perform load, speed, torque, service-life and safety-factor calculations.
• Select and size linear guides, ball screws, actuators, motors, cylinders, couplings, bearings, timing belts and positioning mechanisms.
• Assess feasibility, compatibility, application risk and component integration.
• Propose suitable alternative products or design approaches.
• Attend customer visits and coordinate with suppliers or overseas technical teams to resolve enquiries.
• Develop technical references and training materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent disciplines
• Mechanical Design / Application Engineering / Machines Design in factory automation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Solidworks / Inventor or equivalent design software.
