Technical Support SME

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (BS EE / BS ECE).
• Working understanding of — or genuine willingness to learn in depth — Australian electrical and solar standards, particularly AS/NZS 5139 (battery safety) and AS/NZS 5033 (PV array installation).
• Strong attention to detail. This role directly affects safety, compliance, and cost, so small mistakes are expensive ones.
• Clear written and verbal English communication, comfortable explaining technical detail to a non-technical audience.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in the solar or battery energy storage (BESS) industry, particularly in the Australian market.
• Familiarity with GreenSketch and Pylon (solar/PV design software) is preferred but not required — training is provided.
• A PRC licence (Registered Electrical Engineer) is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, particularly those with Latin honors, scholarships, or other marks of strong academic standing.
