What they need
- ดูแลข้อมูลด้านเทคนิค ของสินค้าในแผนกโซล่าร์ ทั้งสินค้าที่วางขายปัจจุบัน และสินค้าที่จะนำเข้ามาขายในอนาคต
- สนุนทีมขาย โดยให้ข้อมูลด้านเทคนิค ตอบข้อซักถาม และช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้แก่ลูกค้า
- สนุนทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจ ในการหาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และ สนุนทีมการตลาด เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลด้านเทคนิค
- จัดอบรมด้านเทคนิคและสินค้าให้แก่ลูกค้าและพนักงานภายในบริษัท
- ร่วมประชุมประจำสัปดาห์ และร่วมดูแลระบบ Zero Energy Building
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมพลังงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ 0–3 ปี ในสายงาน Technical Support, Product Engineer หรือ Project Engineer ด้านระบบโซล่าร์เซลล์/พลังงานทดแทน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์ระบบโซล่าร์เซลล์ (Inverter, Solar Panel ฯลฯ)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหา และถ่ายทอดความรู้ ได้ดี
- มีใบขับขี่ และสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่ได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
- หากมีพื้นฐานการใช้โปรแกรม PVsyst, AutoCad จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี หรือสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
