About the role

AERO Technologies and Solutions OPC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical assistance and support. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for our engineering solutions, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and supporting the success of our clients' operations.

What you'll be doing

• Respond promptly to technical support requests from clients via email, phone.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our engineering products and services

• Provide clear, accurate technical guidance and solutions to customers with varying levels of technical expertise

• Conduct training sessions and webinars to assist customers in effectively using our solutions

• Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and technical challenges

• Product Testing and inspection of the item before delivery

• Assist sales team in product demo to the customer.

What we're looking for

• Newly Graduate of Any Engineering courses.
• Willing to be trained and travel
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, software, or hardware systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
