What You'll Do

As an Audio Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns involving audio products and related devices while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving audio devices, headphones, speakers, microphones, Bluetooth connectivity, and related products.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist customers with device setup, configuration, pairing, and connectivity concerns.
• Diagnose basic hardware, software, and product-related issues.
• Provide clear and easy-to-understand technical instructions.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
• Educate customers about product features, proper usage, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Meet required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate or Old High School Graduate
• College undergraduates are not accepted
• Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable learning and working with audio technology and electronic devices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required
