Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, detail-driven Technical Support Specialist to join our Product and Technology team in Mandaluyong. You will handle first- and second-tier cases for our Applicant Tracking System, working closely with your Australian counterpart to give clients fast, accurate answers.

Duties

• Manage tier 1 and 2 support cases end-to-end via email and live chat logged through Salesforce.
• Meet daily with your Australian colleague to review open cases and set priorities.
• Keep clients informed with proactive, well-considered responses.
• Resolve login, access, and product knowledge issues, and investigate complex platform issues.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date support documentation and internal resources using AI tools.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
• Confidence with case management systems and general tech-savviness.
• Sound judgement to work without strictly following a script.
• Prior experience with an ATS or recruitment software is well regarded, but not essential.
