What they need
Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot basic POS (Point-of-Sale) system issues
Assist with POS system setup, login, and basic connectivity concerns
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Document support cases accurately while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of POS systems and troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
