Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the design, integration, configuration, commissioning, and technical support of professional audiovisual systems, ensuring proper system performance and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer AV systems.
• Prepare system drawings, schematics and equipment schedules.
• Configure DSP/control systems.
• Configure AV network infrastructure.
• Conduct installation supervision and commissioning.
• Perform audio/video testing and system tuning.
• Troubleshoot AV and network problems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Prepare testing, commissioning, as-built and O&M documentation.
• Conduct client training and system handover.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in audiovisual system integration, commissioning, or technical support.
• Knowledge of professional audio, DSP, AV-over-IP, networking, control systems, and AV equipment integration is an advantage
• Experience with Q-SYS, Dante/AES67 is an advantage.
• Knowledge on Managed network switches configuration is highly preferred.
• Knowledge on DSP programming is an advantage.
• Knowledge system commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation is an advantage.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
