Technical Support Specialist

Start or grow your IT career as a Technical Support Specialist, providing hands-on Level 1 and basic Level 2 support across devices, applications, connectivity, Microsoft technologies, and user access.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Level 1 and basic Level 2 hardware, software, application, network, and access support.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows, and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity, and endpoint issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, asset information, and knowledge articles.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of technical support, service desk, helpdesk, or desktop support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, or similar ITSM platforms is advantageous.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, MS-900, AZ-900, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
