Responsibilities:
Perform Windows 11 installations, setups, and configurations.
Provide onsite Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and hardware peripherals.
Troubleshoot collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Support AV conference room systems and basic Zscaler user connectivity issues.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with M365 apps (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Basic understanding of network access/Zscaler and AV setups.
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
