Technical Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities and Job Scope.

• Perform scheduled maintenance schedule forcapital equipment on site.
• Liase with BME department of all hospitals forany equipment on trial/ placement/ acquired capital
• equipment.
• On site troubleshooting where applicable.
• Conduct training for BME to better equip themwith our capital equipment capabilities, from software
• updates to upgrades.
• Offer our value-added service partnershipsacross all hospitals related to our capital equipment.
• Liase with sales team to ensure equipment ontrial and setup of new equipment are duly executed.
• To perform all due diligence to ensure equipmentare safe to use in the OT/ ICU/ any other care floor
• areas of the hospital within Singapore.
• On site case support if required.
