Job Description – Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) and Deskside Support.
• Provide 100% onsite IT support at the client’s Austin office.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Deliver high-quality concierge/VIP support with excellent customer-handling skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for conference room devices and projectors and assist with meeting room facilitation.
• Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
• Possess basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
• Document all support activities, incidents, and service requests in the IT incident and request fulfillment tool.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
