Technical Support Specialist

The Role

• Manage the allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure within a high-volume operations environment.

• Provide technical support for network-wide requests and resolve issues across multiple technical disciplines.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure operational excellence.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with evolving technologies and support both on-site and remote users.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.

• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.

• Physical capability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for shifts lasting 10–12 hours.
