Title: Technical support specialist - L1 Location: Belgrade, Serbia Onsite position with shifts rotation Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers using NCR Voyix Hospitality solutions, including Aloha POS.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems.
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and point-of-sale (POS) issues.
• Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve customer problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce/NEOS.
• Follow established support procedures and service standards.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
• Continuously develop technical and communication skills through training and coaching.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
