You have completed training in computer science, system integration, business informatics or a comparable IT qualification and are looking for new challenges? For our office in Lisbon, we are currently looking for qualified, motivated and customer-oriented staff to join our technical support team.

What You’ll Do in This Role

• Technical support for our software
• Management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure
• Installation of new hotels
• Implementation and maintenance of interfaces with external systems at our clients’ sites
• Integration of software into operational network and server structures
• Support and implementation of new IT solutions
• Occasional travel
• Communication with our international clients, including in English

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in IT or network technology
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Excellent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken

Ideally, you have initial experience with:

• Servers and clients within a Windows Server 2012 AD environment
• SAN / NAS Server
• VMWare ESXi / vSphere
• Firewalls, networking and routing, internet connectivity and VPN access
• Monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems
• A scripting and/or programming language
