🔷 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist with a strong HVAC background to provide diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

This position is ideal for HVAC professionals who enjoy solving technical problems, analyzing system performance, and helping technicians identify the root cause of equipment issues remotely. This is a fully remote role focused on technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

🔷 Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC technical support via phone and ticketing systems.
• Guide contractors and technicians through troubleshooting procedures.
• Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration systems.
• Interpret voltage, amperage, pressure readings, and diagnostic information.
• Identify installation issues, operational errors, or equipment failures.
• Document findings, resolutions, and technical recommendations.
• Support warranty validation and technical case management.

🔷 Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of split systems and heat pumps.
• Understanding of inverter technology and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience interpreting HVAC diagnostic readings.
